If you live in Ontario, this casino and its offer are not for you. Ontario has run its own regulated market since 4 April 2022, where casinos register with the AGCO and contract with iGaming Ontario, and offshore offers are excluded there.

In Alberta, a regulated market opened under the AGLC on 13 July 2026, and unregistered operators had until 13 October 2026 to register or leave, so check that the casino still accepts Alberta addresses.

In the other provinces, the provincial lottery corporation runs the only authorized online casino, and offshore brands such as this one operate outside that system. You can still sign up, but provincial player protections and complaint routes do not cover the account.

Licence and safety

It lists licences from the Malta Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission.

The Malta Gaming Authority is an EU regulator with a player support unit that handles complaints against its licensees, including from players outside Europe. It is one of the stronger offshore licences a Canadian player will see.

Its European licences cover players in those countries and do not change anything for an account opened from Canada.

Check the licence yourself: the casino's footer should show the licence number, which you can look up on the regulator's own site. The domain on the register should match the one you play on.

Well regulated in Europe, but its cashier is not built around Canada. If you use Skrill or Neteller it works; otherwise a casino with Interac will be simpler.
