Ways to contact support
- Live chat: the quickest route for account and payment questions. Save the transcript.
- Email: slower, but it creates a record. Use it for withdrawals, complaints and anything you may need to show later.
- Phone: less common at new casinos. Ask for a ticket number and follow up by email.
What to send
- Your username, never your password.
- The date, amount and method of the transaction you are asking about.
- Screenshots of error messages or the cashier.
- A clear question with one request per message.
When support does not solve it
Ask for the casino's formal complaints process and follow it. If the casino does not resolve the complaint, the next step depends on its licence.
- Ontario-registered sites: complain to the operator first, then to iGaming Ontario.
- Malta Gaming Authority: the regulator's player support unit takes complaints.
- Kahnawake Gaming Commission: runs its own complaints process for its permit holders.
- Curaçao, Anjouan and similar: recourse is limited; keep balances small.
Each of our reviews names the licence a casino states. Our guide to ID checks at new casinos explains why support asks for documents before a withdrawal.
